Skipper
'I am cheerful, enterprising, professional, easy to contact and flexible. What I enjoy most is giving people an unforgettable holiday. That they have a great time on this beautiful ship. I give people confidence, like to take them sailing and like to teach people something. I get a lot of satisfaction from that.
Service
'During the voyages, I provide the service on the Elizabeth. I serve drinks, make sure the rooms are tidy and prepare the buffet. I also help with sailing. Who wouldn't want that?'
Sailor
'I am a sailor and sail together with the skipper. During the sailing trips I steer the fellow travelers and we hoist the sails together. The freedom you experience during the trip is indescribable.'
Chef
'As a chef I make sure that there is always delicious food on the table. Two hot meals a day and a good breakfast. I like that you have to be creative, because you can't always get new ingredients. I also think sailing in between is fantastic!'
